Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

How to cancel: All cancellation or postponement requests must be sent to us in writing by email to contact@wildlifeadventureindia.com (or by text message to our registered number). The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request. Verbal requests are not valid. The date of arrival is not counted when calculating the notice period.

Cancellation charges (as a percentage of total tour cost):

  • 30 days or more before arrival: 10%
  • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30%
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival: 40%
  • 48 hours to 6 days before arrival: 50%
  • Less than 48 hours or no-show: 100% (no refund)

Refunds: Eligible refunds are made to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Full refund cases: If your safari cannot be booked because of a technical error or non-availability of seats or permits, we will refund the full amount paid for that service to your original payment method.

Peak season and special dates: Bookings for peak periods such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas and New Year may have separate, stricter cancellation terms. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Hotels, resorts and third parties: Hotels, resorts, transport and other suppliers have their own cancellation rules. Where these are stricter than the above, the supplier's charges will apply and will be communicated to you.

Changes in government charges: Any increase in permit fees, safari fees, taxes, fuel costs or guide charges by the Government of India or park authorities will be payable by the guest separately and will be informed by email or phone before travel.

Force majeure: The Company is not liable for refunds or compensation if the tour is affected by events beyond its control, including natural calamities, weather, strikes, riots, pandemics, government orders, park closures, entry restrictions or hotel overbooking. We will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative.

Postponement: Postponement requests are treated as cancellation and rebooking unless we agree otherwise in writing, and are subject to availability and the charges above.

Jurisdiction: Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
