Wildlife sightings: Wildlife is wild. We cannot and do not guarantee sightings of any animal, including tigers, leopards or elephants. Sightings depend on nature, season, weather and luck.
Accuracy of information: We try to keep prices, itineraries, photographs, timings and descriptions accurate and up to date. However, they may change without prior notice due to government rules, park management decisions, availability or operational reasons. Photographs are for illustration only.
Third-party services: Hotels, resorts, forest department permits, safari vehicles, transport and guides are provided by independent third parties. We act as an organiser and facilitator and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays or quality of service beyond what is required by law.
Personal risk: Jungle safaris and travel involve natural risks such as wild animal behaviour, rough terrain, weather, insects and health issues. Guests travel at their own risk and must follow the instructions of the guides and forest staff at all times. The Company is not liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss, theft or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
Park rules and closures: National parks and tiger reserves may close zones or entire parks (for example during monsoon or for management reasons) or change entry rules at short notice. We will try to offer a suitable alternative, but we are not responsible for such closures.
