Terms and Conditions
By booking with Wildlife Adventure India Pvt. Ltd., you accept the following terms.
Booking and payment
- We accept payment by credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and bank transfer. Please make payments only to the Company's official bank accounts or payment links shared by us.
- A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 50% advance payment. The balance 50% is payable on arrival or at the start of the tour, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Guests who pay the full amount in advance may be eligible for a special discount, as communicated at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for all applicable taxes, surcharges and statutory fees.
Accommodation
- Base category rooms are provided in all hotels as per the package. Upgrading to a higher room category costs extra and is payable directly to the hotel, subject to availability.
- Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless the hotel specifies otherwise.
- If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, we will arrange accommodation in a similar standard hotel.
- For bookings of 3 persons, one room with an extra mattress will be provided.
Guest information
- Please provide correct names, ages and valid photo ID of all travellers at the time of booking. Wrong information may lead to entry refusal, penalties or extra charges, which will be borne by the guest.
- Safari entry in national parks requires valid ID as per forest department rules.
Itinerary and changes
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary, safari timings, zones, vehicles or hotels due to operational reasons, park regulations, weather or safety.
- Any change in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees or similar costs will be communicated by email or phone before travel.
Guest conduct and safety
- Guests must follow the instructions of guides, drivers and forest officials. Feeding or teasing animals, littering, loud noise, smoking or getting out of the vehicle in restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
- The Company may refuse service to any guest who endangers the safety of others or violates park rules, without refund.
Liability
- The Company is not liable for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, theft or damage to luggage or personal belongings during the tour.
- We recommend that guests take their own travel and medical insurance.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the guest for the affected service.
Intellectual property: All text, images, logos and content on this website belong to Wildlife Adventure India Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Governing law and jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
